Worst service department. Took my car in on Monday for a light on the dashboard and they ended up keeping the car over two weeks. I had my car towed to the dealership thinking it would be fixed rather quickly, boy was I wrong. Didn't offer a timeframe on when it would get repaired and didn't offer me another car to use while I was waiting for my car to get fixed. Apparently they don't have any mechanics there that know how to repair cars other than oil changes, brakes, etc. Didn't receive my car back for 10 days. Fantastic sales associate, Isaiah Taylor, he possesses great knowledge of the Hyundai my wife and I test drove and pointed out new items that our 2018 Santa Fe Sport didn't have. I am very concerned that in all the years we’ve had our car I haven’t seen the same service advisor twice. The turnover there is out of control. When Blake told me about my car needing brake pads on the front, I wasn’t too surprised. What did bother me though, as he told me if I didn’t replace my brake pads now, there was risk of having an accident, especially this winter, due to ABS. I was in the car business for 25 years and I have never used scare tactics to sell a service. He also didn’t know costs accurately and the price kept changing as he was describing the repairs. He said he was trying to do the math in his head. We purchased the car there. We’ve never had it serviced any place else. We even bought our tires there so we have the free tire rotation as needed. It’s just discouraging that the service isn’t meeting expectations. There was one service advisor a couple years ago that I just absolutely thought was the best. But he was gone by the time I came back for my next service.

Can't say enough good things about Reed Hyundai! This dealership went above and beyond in customer service. When the arrival of my new Venue (which is adorable) kept getting delayed through no fault of the dealership these rock stars gave me a loaner to drive...for 3 weeks! The customer service is extremely poor. I waited over 2 hours for a scheduled 7:00 oil change. Customer service personnel were unfriendly, didn’t greet me, no smiling, overall acted like I was an inconvenience to them. Told me it was taking longer because of recall item but then said they didn’t fix it. Then said they were running behind, not sure how a 7:00 appt can run behind when it’s the first appointment of the day. then they tried to charge me when it was covered with the new car 30K coverage. At my request she looked it up and then agreed with me. Will not be recommending this location. Managers did call when I left poor review on line and did apologize so sounds like they are trying to fix the problem. Might need to hire new staff on customer service.

I have no complaints regarding the quality of your work. But recently customer service as been truly lousy. I was scheduled for service for the recall was checked in and told it would be about 2 hours because they were running behind. 3 hours later I was told that the work could not be done because the computer was not updated. I was told I could get the car wash I didn't get the time before that only to be asked as I'm walking to my car after a 3 hour wait that if I still wanted my car washed they could do that for me. I declined and was told that I would be among the first to be called when the recall was updated. Well 2-3 weeks later I called to check regarding the recall because I was informed by a relative that they had gotten theirs done there a week ago. Sure enough I was given a time to come in and have it done. The customer's time is just as important to them as Reed Hyundai repair is to them. If I had come in 3 hours late my appointment would not have been honored. I purchased a service contract that supposedly included a car wash whenever I came in that I have yet to been able to use. I don't know if it's Covid or new employees but the customer service sucks!
